1 : Start Up

Please confirm all the Plants in good condition,with earth connection. Please clear up  excess stock before getting the Plants started.

2 : In feed

Please clear up iron from the mixed cables, get the crusher started, in feed according to the crusher’s capacity.

3 : Vibrator Separating

The copper from Vibrator are complete copper, the copper from the feed opening need second crushing.Matters needing attention Please inspect all the plants before Working and after working, inspect whether the belts/nuts to become loosened or disengaged, add lubricating oil to bearing block. Keep child  far away from this plant.
